Ntonio Lucio Vivaldi (4 March 1678-28 July 1741), nicknamed Il Pretty Rousseau ( "Red Priest"), baroque composer and priest of Venice, a famous violinist, was born and raised in the Republic of Venice. Famous work is the Four Seasons, a series of four Concrtohat for violin

His works include the following:

* His most famous work is Le quattro stagioni (Four Seasons) in 1723 (part of the cement-il e dell'armonia dell'inventione or contest between harmony and invention). In essence, it resembles an early example of the tone poem, where he was trying to capture all the moods of the four seasons.
* More than 500 concerti other; nearly 350 of them solo instrument and strings, and this is about 230 for violin, and others for bassoon, cello, oboe, flute, violin d 'Amore, a recorder, lute, and mandolin. Nearly 40 concerti are the two instruments and strings, and about 30 are for three or more instruments and strings. (One of the notable work in this model is the Mandolin Concerto, RV425).
